I can hear some people's iPods on the subway who aren't even sitting close to me. It's amazing how loud some people play their music. The only time I turn up my music loudly is if there are babies or obnoxious teenagers screaming.

The two that I hate the most are Bruce Springsteen and John Mellencamp. I fucking hate them.

All of you guys who are mentioning Rush- you hurt me. You hurt me deeply.

I'm sure you're aware of the fact that Rush is a love them or hate them band. I for one can't stand them, but my freshman roommate had around 8 Rush cds.

Linkin Park is one of my top 5 bands

All country music goes on the hate list

All White Stripe except for 7 Nation Army, I think they're a love or hate band too.

New U2, sucks like Bono does all the time. I just hate that guy.

Most of the retro British crap that is coming out now sucks.

I agree with everyone on this list, except for Steve Miller/Steve Miller Band. All the others are just annoying, in my book.

How nobody else has mentioned Gloria Estefan, with or without the Miami Sound Machine, is beyond me. "Uh, oh (Falling in Love) is, IMO, the worst pop song of all time.

I also feel about Lez Zeppelin the way others feel about Rush: I acknowledge that they're objectively brilliant but personally don't like their music very much.
