BuckeyeSkins: "Everytime I go into the local Wally World and see the shit for that school hanging on the racks beside the OSU things I want to scream."
First off, I wanna say that its good to see you around here, "Skins. Long time no speak. Secondly, ditto. I hate the logo, the colors, and the mere mention of scUM.
C: "Your decision as to whether or not you would be an OSU fan hinged on your acceptance and financial aid award, as I understood it. I won't question the depth of your loyalty and passion for the Buckeyes, but I will say that you shouldn't make any assumptions about intensity relative to your 'peers' here on the board."
Hell yeah. OSU almost kicked my ass out for attending my classes at Panini's, Cornerstone, Co-ed's, and Papa Joe's instead of Hagerty Hall (if you catch my drift), but that has nothing to do with my love for the team. Even if I didn't end up graduating, I'd be a Buckeye fan for life. That's the way it is. My Dad went to OSU, I went to OSU, my kids will go to OSU, my grandkids, their kids, their kids' kids, etc. That school and football team are woven into the fabric of my family (and FYI: none of us are native Ohioans), and Ex-W says he's got more stake in "The Game" than I do? Don't think so.
Tibbs: "really? he can't?"
You have my permission 'to stir the pot for your own amusement or for the sake of your (ridiculous and flawed, in my own personal opinion) thesis' at any time in the future.
Ex-W: "I guess the difference is that you would be hard pressed to find a UM fan who would give up a national championship to beat OSU, while it seems that pretty much every OSU fan would give up the title to beat UM."
????? - All things aside, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play? You do realize that neither school CAN possibly win a Championship without beating the other, don't you?
