Ex-Buckeye getting abused all over again...

Sure, freshman get hazed but, what's the point Tibor?

I see a different story. A former Buckeye star player has been admitted to the surgical specialty at one of America's top medical schools.

Isn't that a great accomplishment? Shouldn't we be celebrating his achievement and the good he can possibly do for humankind when he qualifies in his specialty?

Isn't that why you became a doctor, Tibor? To do good for humankind?

Tibor, I can't imagine why someone who has achieved what you appear to have achieved would have so much pent-up anger at the University where you got your degree. What could possibly cause you to trash a fellow medical school alumni you never met by calling him names?

You are well placed as a health care professional to observe the pattern of your posting on BP and think about what it indicates.

Why do you feel the need to provoke Ohio State fans to the point that they react in anger and call you names in return? What drives the need for attention and rebuke? What unfinished business really motivates your behavior? What are you going to do to move past this and get on with your life? What makes you feel that this is the appropriate place to deal with it?

As a health care professional, you are well placed to find a more appropriate place to deal with these issues. Please, seriously consider doing so.

Eliciting the sort of response that you just gave him grants him a level of satisfaction that few other things rival, I imagine. See, this is a game for him, provoking people. He pokes, you hiss, he laughs. I know this because I share the exact same zest for pissing people off. What separates me from Tibor?

(a) I try a little harder to bring people around to my side of the argument by tempering my comments gradually enough to allow for careful rewording (read: backpedaling), because making people retract their scathing remarks is a big part of the game for me.

(b) I'm an administrator.

(c) I'm Clarity's brother.

It's unfortunate that Tibs has the reputation he does, because he really is an intelligent, insightful poster and has a lot of good shit to say. Bottom line is that without people like Tibor, you've got a whole lot less to talk about. That said, I submit the following limerick in tribute to the house doctorb.

There once was a man named Tibor,
Who murdered his favorite whore.
While dumping the body,
He sang, "Lah-dee, dah-dee!"
Then happily rowed back to shore.

Wow, I love how stupid people can be on this board. This thread was meant to praise Greg Bellisari. Have any of you dumbasses even mentioned on this board that he's a surgical intern at OSU? No, you're much more interested in sitting your fat asses in front of the TV every weekend, worried that people on Gulf Coast may die and, God forbid!, preempt the precious games you are watching. Nope, you're much more interested in how Andy Katzenmoyer is doing and if his golf game is imporving.

You don't think life as a surgical intern sucks? Pretty amazing that somebody who was an NFL player has the lack of ego to take it.

see how badly you've damaged us toward anyone in the medical profession... we used to admire them... till we found out they let you in... still not convinced... still need proof...

I admire Bellisari... for his current endeavors... extremely admirable... and impressive...

but hopefully you're going into research and work in a lab because my perception of your bedside manner is alarming

Tibs, that's nonsense and you know it. I think most people were like me, I had no idea that he was a surgical intern. And, no, I don't think life as a surgical intern sucks.

Had you meant to make a point about what a great thing this was, you would have done that.

So I guess you don't undestand what PGY-1 means...why don't you ask next time instead of revealing yourself to be a complete moron?

How the fuck would you know what life is like as an intern? Man you just keep getting dumber and dumber.

I had no idea what the link meant when I opened it. What does PGY-1 mean?

Edit: Not a real surprise that Greg is a doc. Both kids were smart. Steve was a math major and that is nothing to sneeze at.
