Seriously, Joe Theismann? That assclown is pretty much universally seen as one of the most inept announcers in the booth and ESPN puts him on probably the most high profile position for somebody in that profession. What's next? Terrell Owens recapping Sundays highlights while doing situps in his driveway?????? :smash:

I cannot stand Thiesman.

I am a big fan of Trico. I really like when he does games, and he knows his shit, and it is better when an announcer gets excited rather than just talk about stupid shit and in a way where you just want to shoot yourself.(See Bill walton and Theisman)

Someone actually calls out all three of them.

No matter how much Tirico knows about the game the fact is that what you said about him and the Alamo Bowl is right on. Now imagine the TO talk or Moss talk or you fill in the blank ... Basically, this weeks controversy always has a chance of rising to the top of his order if he deems the game of less importance.

As for the other two -- :!

Theismann we know can't commentate.

Kronheiser we have no clue, and it may easily turn out that neither does he.

Plus, -- and this is my bottom line gripe. Chemistry is so key to getting the MNF commentating right. ABC struck gold a few times with their crews. ESPN is starting out with gold, but it is fools gold. I simply cannot imagine the chemistry between these three being anything but bad.
