Please be patient while BuckeyePlanet goes offline for 10-20 minutes. We need time to verify IP addresses and track the individual that obviously hacked into Thump's account. Don't worry Thump, we'll find the culprit and make sure he never posts under your screen name again.

I was thinking the same thing the other night, props to the Thumpster again for a great post.

I sat through many seasons where I wondered if I'd ever see a National Title. I, along with many others, got extremely fortunate in 2002 and witnessed one of the most gritty teams of all time.

Yea, me too. Like 1969 through 1999, those 30 years were kind of a drag. You were just waiting for a loss. Somehow you knew it was coming.

This year's team has been an absolute joy to watch. The team plays clean, plays hard, and plays as a single unit.

I agree. In addition, the defense seems to be much better than I anticipated and improving each week. Tressel's teams seem to get better as the season progresses as compared to Cooper's teams that seemed to start out strong and then "slowly peter out".

We may win the National Title and we may not, who knows. No matter what happens it's been a great ride and I appreciate everything the players and coaches have done for The Ohio State University.

This is true; however, it is always great to end up with a "0" in the "L" column.
