I like that Devin Thomas suggestion you mentioned earlier.
Dynasty is going to kill me... tho I don't think he would have made it that far. Seems unlikely your owner would turn down speed two rounds in a row... especially with Porter's departure.

He's on my list. It depends on the next 3 picks.

Damn, two weeks in a row the one day I can't check during the day to draft and I miss my turn again. :( Baker wouldn't have been my choice but it does fill a need (though what doesn't Miami need).

So we're 1 round in... anyone prefer this system to the old one?

I think we lost a lot of the interactions on here, not to mention a lot of picks which the computer, not humans, got to make for various reasons.

I'm not the guy running it, so I don't know if the new way is better from his point of view. From just a guy participating in the draft though, I have to say I like the old way better.

Anyway, I posted this question over there but with no reply. How in the hell do you trade? I (Cleveland) have been trying to trade my 2nd round pick to Green Bay and my 3rd rounder to Detroit. I've gotten to the Propose Trade screen, but what then? I offer my picks, but there's no, "Send Request" type button. Any help would be much appreciated.

Click propose trade
Fill out trade details to other team
click "add to proposal"
Fill returning trade details
hit " Submit trade proposal"

I sent you a trade proposal just to check it out.

I prefer the old method... we at least could comment easier on the picks. Also it was easier to track when the last time someone checked the message boards and could tell if a PM was read or not.

In addition I always enjoyed when someone missed their pick and we voted for who to be picked.

Just more interaction for everyone.

We could always start over using the old method. Probably wouldn't make it through all 7 rounds if we did so. Although, I don't think we'll make it through all 7 rounds via the other website either.

After bailing out the 'Phins on the Dorsey pick with a well valued trade it's time for KC to get back to their own pressing needs.
In addition to the listed needs above of Tackle, and CB, KC needs big help at WR and KR. They did bring in 4-year spot player Darling from the Ravens. But, let's face it isn't a given he'll get things done in either role.
Offensive line remains a significant concern. But, tackles left "on the block" would be over-valued at the 36th overall pick.
CB - Ty Law ages - is Patrick Lee a viable choice? We think it best to roll the dice on Lee or similar being there in Rd 3.
With their pick KC elects to go Wide Receiver (and hope for some good Kick Return yards) from Mario Manningham out of TSUN. He slipped out of the 1st round based on the combine but remains well valued at 36th overall.
