I don't think anyone would dispute the fact that Warriner was an excellent OL coach for the Buckeyes.

He can coach but he still has to try to recruit OL talent which he struggled with in the past.

He also needs a QB, which is still waiver pending

Meh, he's not a fucking miracle worker. Maybe he turns one or two of those gooey pieces of shit into a "serviceable" player.
Warriner's slobs operated in Tom Herman's dynamic offenses. Any combination of Pep Hamilton/Jim McElwain/Ed Warriner is a far cry from "dynamic."

Agreed. I will give Warriner credit on being able to make a very elite OL, and we should always be appreciative of his time at OSU for being the Slob whisperer. To each their own on thoughts of him joining the scum crew. I understand why many would be angered, but I for one could care less. It's business at the end of the day, fans get emotionally invested more times that players and coaches. Once Warriner left, and the way that he left, I never thought much of him. He left on a sour note with Beck, and him joining scum doesn't strike any fear or worry from me. The way that LJsr is pumping out top flight DL, and the utter ineptitude that has become scum, Urban is starting to put his foot on the weasels necks and this screams of a desperation hire, IMO. This is so that the players, coaches and fan base can say to themselves "we have inside info on OSU, and now we have all of their secrets". The offense led by Day and Wilson will be worlds different than when he coached here, so what can he provide? He will help their OL, but with an unproven QB, a QB that is supposed to be their savior but is still ineligible(and honestly didn't blow the doors off while at Ole Miss, so people screaming about how he's going to be so dynamic, baffles me), and an offensive coaching staff that still has no clue what offense they want to run, while their best players(WRs) play positions that are dependent on unproven and unknown commodities... I hope Warriner enjoys his time in Piss & Blue, especially since when scum starts their annual nosedive, and Hairball starts looking at NFL positions, what happens then?
