Doesn't work that way east of the mississippi. A 7.0 quake over here will cause ten times the damage than on the left coast. The rocks are structured differently.

For example, a 6.0 quake along the san andreas in So Cal may be felt around Vegas. While a 6.0 along the New Madrid in Mizzouri could be felt all the way towards Boston.

I don't care if I can "feel" the quake. What would it take to cause seroious damage in central Ohio?
