Both PSU and OSU lost about the same amount of players from last year and as pointed out, both lost their WRs. Both return their starting QBs but PSU returns the best RB in the Big Ten.
I don't think one team or the other has a decided advantage heading into this year's game in Happy Valley. Just like last year and most years when PSU and OSU get together, it'll come down to who wants it more and who makes the least mistakes. There's a reason why the all-time record is 12-12 between PSU and OSU and both programs have about the same amount of all-time wins. Whether Buckeyes or Nits will ever admit it, Ohio and OSU are very similar to PA and PSU. See you all in November!!
