After landing Air Noland, this is my reaction. If Dylan doesn't start immediately, look for his name to enter the portal. Quinn Ewers 2.0 imo.

It’s possible it has the opposite effect. Word around the street down here is this transfer has divided a good bit of Buford folks. Players/coaches/many families are not happy with this move.

Call it wishful thinking on my part, but some hot shot QB landing on your team months before the season starts and expecting to start might not be a smooth transition.

Presumably one of the best programs in Georgia already had an expected starter lined up who Raiola will be attempting to usurp, which might not go over well with the current roster given that the kid was likely a leader on the team.

Once again, wishful thinking here, but here’s hoping this move does not go over well and actually hurts Georgia in the recruitment of Bolden and Houston.

You’re basically right on. Buford has a kid they been grooming for years that’s been a 6 year program kid for em. They feel he is the answer to lead to a state title. There is nothing about this that’s going to be smooth. Not every transfer (from a high school lens) is a good transfer to get. Doesn’t matter how talented one is or isn’t. Sure, some kids up and move for all the right reasons and there are times it’s out of their control. But not every transfer is like that and they end up not bringing the value you thought nor mesh with the program in general.
