On the other hand, it says that Gene Smith will be speaking at the 4 p.m. press conference (also on BTN). Although this was expected, it's still scary considering Smith's past comments (and his overall handling of this situation).

Lol at Fickell starting out in golf shirt n khakis. Soon switched to gym shorts n warmup jacket. Fick is great.

Luke Fickell seems confident and in control of this camp. No hangover here from the recent mess.

Was definitely Fickells camp today. He's not Tress. Nor will he try to be. He is clearly doing it his way.

Whether or not he gets the full time gig here, Fick is going to be a fantastic head coach. He has the charisma a lot of coaches lack, is a worker, and a good mind. A big, big part of me hopes he's "the guy" come December.
