According to the report of a second officer, who placed Sprinkle under arrest, two small bags of cocaine were found stuffed under the back seat after Sprinkle was removed from that vehicle and placed in another car. According to the report, they weighed 0.2 grams each and both tested positive on the scene as cocaine.

Will be interesting if the cocaine charge sticks. If they were breaking up a group of 50 and playing musical police cruisers with people as more officers arrived, how many other suspects may have sat in the back seat before Sprinkle?

Im know that some states have a law that if drugs are found near you (ie. the seat cushion or under the seat), you can get charged with possession. Not sure if Ohio has such law or not.

Will be interesting to see what comes out of today's court appearance. I'm assuming he will enter a "not guilty" plea.

Reading the ElevenWarriors article, it makes it seem as if the cops found the cocaine stuffed in the seat behind Sprinkle and it was found when he was moved to another cop car. If this is so that's a pretty easy charge.
