Agree on all points.

Another plus is the way he talks to the press and the way he inspires the younger guys. If football for some reason doesn't work out, he could be a young Lou Holtz........a great sportscaster and a motivational speaker combined.

Whatever he does, the sky's the limit and it's all good.
