Ohio State Overview
• Jaden is in his fifth season with the program and has two seasons of eligibility
• He is a three-time OSU Scholar-Athlete and a two-time Academic all-Big Ten Conference honoree majoring in human development and family sciences
• Has played in 11 games for the Buckeyes over the past four seasons
• Played in five games in 2022, three games in 2021 and one in 2020
• Also played in two games as a true freshman in 2019 before redshirting
• Recorded five tackles in 2022, including his first career tackle-for-loss (vs. Toledo)
Honors & Awards
2022: OSU Scholar-Athlete; Academic All-Big Ten
2021: OSU Scholar-Athlete; Academic All-Big Ten
2020: OSU Scholar-Athlete
Just sayin': Looks like an outstanding STUDENT-Athlete. He's listed as a 3rd string red shirt Senior at DT behind guys that are (probably) coming back. He came in in 2019, so I believe that he will get a 6th (i.e. COVID) year. I'll say he gave it his best shot over the last 5 years and isn't likely to start for the Buckeyes in 2024 either. Hopefully he can latch on to a school where he will be able to get more playing time and I wish him the best.
