DT Doug Worthington (Official Thread)

Also said he was taking his visits because his father wanted him to "ensure he is making the right decision" (in an article on BN a couple months ago). He says in the article he is a solid Buckeye. I really hope so - he is the player I too am most excited about seeing in the S & G - anyone who can be comapred to Will Smith REALLY excites me.

He only got to watch the 4th Quarter of the Alamo bowl because he had a BBall game. But thought they looked phenomenal. He was impressed but not suprised.

The coaches usually call him once a week. He expects to hear from them either today or tomorrow.

Worthington has two visits scheduled that he will definitely take: Alabama Jan. 7, and Florida Jan. 14 (he may also visit BC Jan. 21).

His father has encouraged him to visit some other schools to enjoy the recruiting experience and also as a backup plan. Tress is ok with this according to Doug. He just joked with Doug not to see too many B10 schools so he cut out other ones on his list after Wisky.

He says he continues to be solid to the Bucks. Unless something happens (MoC stuff) before Feb. 2nd he will be a Buckeye.
