Disappointed for Donovan. He played a lot as a freshman and a sophomore, particularly when you consider how much talent OSU had on the d-lines in 2014 and 2015. I was expecting him to crush it this fall. Good luck to him in the future. Always a Buckeye.

Best of luck to him: PE is a serious issue. Meds might be a life long treatment if they can't figure out the cause.

Best decision for him long-term. Really hope his health issues clear up. Obviously he had massive potential but just too risky to continue it appears. Once a Buckeye, always a Buckeye Donovan. Best of luck and health in your future, we are rooting for you!

Choking on vomit
That's gotta be hard for a kid to have to give up on his passion because of this. At least the silver lining is that he has a scholarship that he can use to get a degree. That's pretty cool.

Really harsh medical issue for such a young guy. Hopefully he'll one day beat it and be able to keep an active life.
