Jackson's thread should have more than 3 posts because he's a really key recruit for the Buckeyes in the big picture. I have a good feeling that he ends up being one of those "Urban specials" where he surprises people near signing day by signing with the Buckeyes over a bunch of southern powers (like Vonn Bell, Isaiah Prince, KJ Hill, etc.).

Georgia was the big favorite early but they are loading up on DTs in a major way and the depth chart will give the Buckeyes a huge advantage over them before it's all said and done.

I think that will leave Auburn as the main competition for the Buckeyes and would not be at all surprised if he ended up there. They too have a major need and it's closer to home for him. They also have had a head start in building the relationship. But if they lose 4 games again while the Buckeyes have another monster season, that could factor in. Plus, I'll take Larry Johnson over any DL coach in the country when it comes to resume and recruiting ability. Plus, Urban...

This would be another HUGE steal out of the south (Bosa, Bell, McMillian, Dixon, Gibson) if we were able to land him.

To play alongside the stellar DEs we're going to land in this class, to play under Larry Johnson & Urban Meyer, to play for B1G and National Championships every year... and at a position of need and with the track record we have had with highly ranked Georgia kids... not to mention academics, facilities, or the talent we put in The League...

You gotta think he's going to have a LOT to think about after a 4-day visit. Pressure's going to be on Auburn.

You can also add Holmes and to a lesser extent, Hill to that list of steals from the south. All you said is awesome, but we're still dealing with teenagers...
I definitely want this kid, but Auburn will be a dog fight until NSD
