Word is he might be talking an unofficial visit to Michigan in the near future.
If this happens one would think that he would be Michigan's to lose, b/c who takes an unofficial to Michigan from Cali, just for the sake of taking a visit.

A UM fan I know told me that his dad wants him to go away for college because he did and it taught him how to grow up and become a man.
I remember when we were in on him his father was pushing him to OSU also...

It's amazing how pretty much all the so called locks this year ended up going elsewhere. I realize that there was very good reason to believe so with all the prospects telling various staffs they would be going here and there, but this recruiting season continues to shock me.

Maybe that will lead to more coaches telling the kids to announce publicly. Petey in the past has had some high profile kids announce late in the process. Maybe that will change.
If I was a recruit, I'd probably have a few teams "save me a spot" too.
