Birm mentioned that OSU presented him with the opportunity to commit earlier in the year. Edwards chose not to and OSU proceeded to sign the #1 RB and #2 APB in the class.
It is truly amazing how consistently UM lands OSU’s jilted lover prospects.
OSU passed on UM’s top rated prospect this year, who whines about it; and gave their #2 prospect the opportunity to commit and recruited over him when he didn’t take the opportunity, and now he’s salty about it.
Just another factor in their permanently reinforcing culture problem.

247 pulled this same bullshit with LB Cameron McGrone back in 2018, ranking him the #24 overall prospect and #1 OLB in the nation. Someone over at 247 (Wiltfong) certainly has a hard on for Michigan recruits....
