Does anybody live near/know anything about Wilmington, Deleware???

I am going to be stuck in Wilmington, Deleware on Saturday and am hoping somebody knows of somewhere around there which would have the Ohio State game on. Anybody know of anything?

Hopefully DEBuckeye can give you a pointer. I would know of some places in Newark that are sports bars, but I don't recall that any were Buckeye hangouts.

IIRC, Middletown would be the closest, then Bear, and forget about driving to Dover (too far). I don't think they had any BW3s in DE when I lived there 6 years ago, so I'm not sure what those locations are like.

You'd probably do just as well to find a local sports bar in the Wilmington/Newark areas. Do you know where you will be staying (hotel name and location)?

Do you think most of these sports bar's will have the big ten network? Does that come with direct TV? Aren't there serveral games on at noon on the BTN? I'm just not sure how it works.

Old Bag of Nails pub in Delaware......... Great food, should have the game on.

BTN is on DirecTV. Channel 220, and they've said they'll use overflow channels when multiple games are on.

Probably best to call the bar, though.

From what I could gather online you're best bet would probably be to drive the 30 miles up to Philadelphia. They have a gamewatch up there at the Fox & Hound Smokehouse & Tavern. They also have a secondary location located in West Conshohocken which is a about 12 miles northwest of Philly.
