If you are using your hands and arms to bench press, you aren't putting up much weight...grad is right...bench press is probably the least useful measurement when it comes to combine testing. I wouldn't call the 40 useless for linemen...it is somewhat important, but the short shuttle is what is really good for testing burst and agility, which is very useful in the trenches.

which is where Tress and the staff really seem to excel is in their personal evals. they really seem to be seeking out the best combo kids(personally and physical), alot more than some other schools that rely more heavily on measureables and not attitude. Real class act, which is the best compliment.
