Perhaps I should talk about a specific case. Suppose the ball is touching your own goal line because you have just made a goal line stand on 4th and inches.

IF the ball were touching the goal line then I would demand a replay because the ball would have broken the plane of the goal line and my team would have scored... unless, of course, the defending team were Notre Dame in which case you would have to score three times in order to make it count once. On the other hand, a motorcycle is faster because a vest doesn't have sleeves.
