i went around and introduced myself to everyone i hadnt seen before.....i only saw one indian woman in the entire lot.....other than her, and my life-long pakistani friend.....i didnt see you....

its been roughly two weeks since I made a conscious decision to try to clean my act up and become a little more presentable......nicer....no cussing....non-confrontational.....

so....my question is this....

1. Where the hell do you get off tellin someone else to quit starting an honest thread in which the poster simply states his own honest opinion?

2. His "football knowledge isn't quite up to snuff"...what a joke!...Up to WHOSE snuff?...Yours? What the hell makes yours more right than his?

3. "Ohio State never has. never will, run a spread offense"....the poster never said that OSU did...and YOU should NEVER say NEVER!

4. "I doubt that there are many others out there that wish for a spread offense"...possibly, even probably true...however there ARE those that do want a somewhat more "spread" offense, myself included.

5. And , FINALLY....your unbelievably, condescending advice in your last sentence is the topping that makes me need to almost keep my attention focused more on other boards than here!

Who the hell are you to tell someone they need to be "more educated to the posters on the board"?....and the "attitude" of the board?...gimme a freakin break!...and more educated in college football in general....so that what?...he can only post what you agree with?

I rarely post on this board, because of posters like you...and I have been an OSU fan all the way back to Cassady, so don't tell me I dont know college football or OSU football in particular!!

At work yesterday, a freind emails and says that the lady across the street is having a garage sale and they have a Beer Miester, $150. Now, she didn't know this but I have been looking for one for a while, waiting for the right deal. She lives in a nice neighborhood, so I assume that it will be well cared for, I ask her, "how does it look?". Her response, "fine from here". I tell her to ask the lady to hold it, I will buy it. After work I go to pay and pick it up.

This thing must have been stored in a musty basement, it stinks, and it's rusty as heck. So pretty much since I have gotten home I have been sanding grinding and stripping all the paint and rust off this thing, luckily it seems to be mostly surface rust, a couple of really small point where it goes through. It has this antiqued black paint on it, and holy god it is a pain to get off. I haven't had the nerve yet to plug it in and see if the fridge part works. I should go back and charge them for selling such a messed up thing. I can't believe they don't make those out of aluminum... It's even rusty inside! Crap I tell ya. Whine is over, the cheese... well, at least yall can't smell it, I'll have to let ya know later on the beer.

I don't blame the freind, she was far enough away from it, and what the hell do girls know about beer meisters anyway...

That said, I am not positive how "Ginn" is supposed to be pronounced as I have never heard it said except on NCAA 2005 and briefly in the big 33 game (props to whoever posted the link for that, btw).

Sooook, is it a hard G or a soft G? I have thought in my head a soft G, but I think it has been said hard. . .

Just to be clear since I know that this is directed toward me. I never wanted to bench Fox, I wanted him to play safety. His leadership and tackling skills would have worked well there. His coverage is what I thought was weak, and still do, because I have had nothing to prove me wrong (although I admidt his improvement prior to the injury was good). The two corners we have been playing, cover skills I do not see a problem with. Fox, Shawn Springs, or even Deion Sanders in his prime I don't believe could have stoped Wisconsin's touchdown receptions this past week. Those were just perfectly thrown balls, and when that happens it is hard to stop.
