Almost scored a run today, but not quite. Offense is so irratic it is hard to believe. Verlander was left to die out there because the bullpen is so fucked up. He is now 0-2 with an ERA around 7, not good. Can't wait until the weather warms up so the bats come alive, none of the guys look to have any life at the plate (except Thomas and Inge).

11. The Detroit Lions suck!

12. The Pistons are going to the playoffs.

I don't normally follow Detroit, so can anyone give me an idea of what the hell happened?

There's a dude (affectionately known here on BP as "Dick Wad") that done took over another team in the county next door.

The stink is apparently unbearable... :p

Curtis Granderson went down with a hand injury, so his 84 extra base hits, .361 on base percentage, .552 slugging percentage, 26 stolen bases, and 122 runs scored all from the lead off spot are sitting on the bench watching the game.

The Tigers can't get him back soon enough.

It worked the first time so I will go ahead and guarantee a Detroit victory again tonight. After the ass-chewing it sounds like Leyland gave them yesterday I expect an inspired team. Bonderman has been the only starter pitching decent and he is on the mound tonight. Tigers get win #3.

Die Bobby Seay, just DIE!!!!!
it isn't even Bobby Seay, it is everyone they run out there. One night it is Bobby Seay another it is Miner, Grilli, Bautista, etc. The bullpen is even worse than I feared it would be. I really can't stand to watch them right now, I guess I am a masochist.
