Hard to believe with all the anger with he and his old man he ended up playing for the same team. Well, I'll give it to Detroit, they more or less locked up the Central, and they are doing what they need to do to compete. I with Cleveland had one owner willing to do that :pissed: (OK, jury is out on Gilbert maybe, but that team still sucks right now).

$45 million is a lot to tie up in the DH position, as that's where cabrera and fielder will both end up in 3 years.

detroit folks are saying that cabrera will play 3rd and fielder will play first. that's straight disaster. verlander better K 22 per start.

Cabrera at third?? :slappy: Well, Detroit may slay the Indians this year, but it will be worth watching the games for some defensive comedic value.
