If that was the only call I'd ever seen in regards to "Definitive kicking motion" I would think it was a good call, but in the context of how they enforce it anytime the skate is moving towards the net....no, that's NOT how they usually enforce.

Hard to be too upset though. The Jackets have played like ass since the mid-point of the 2nd period.
