Stafford.. I hope this game was a hint when you are in trouble it's okay to force the ball to Calvin motherfucking Johnson because he's still Calvin motherfucking Johnson. Please don't go back to throwing jump balls to lance more and Theo Riddick as a last resort.

Could the Lions culture of shit be causing another generational talent to retire early?

Detroit Lions star wide receiver Calvin Johnson is considering stepping away from the game after nine NFL seasons.

On Wednesday, the 30-year-old released a statement saying that he is “currently evaluating options for my future."

"I would expect to have a decision regarding this matter in the not-too-distant future,” Johnson continued.

Lions on way to losing first of what should be all losses in their reamaining games. Good chance that would eliminate them from the playoffs. I'm sure Jim Caldwell will get another vote of confidence from Lions ownership as he flushes his second NFL team down the toilet.
