Santa Clara, CA
Generally wealthy and educated town, but homes are tiny because housing prices are so high. Housing is mostly apartments, not too many owner occupied homes. Residents made up of mostly geeky men.

One of the wealthier areas of the Canton/Massillon area. Jackson Township, where I grew up and where the parents live. Keeps growing by the minute, and is one of the better school districts in N.E. Ohio

Springboro, Ohio. In the top 95 percentile of wealthy cities in the country with an average salary of 75k. It shows though, as the community comes off very cliquey and snooty at times. Springboro was the 2nd fastest growing city in Ohio at one point, a large majority of the homes are part of subdivisions, and a lot of those subdivisions are 10 yars old or younger. The school boards have done a poor job managing the growth though, theres a new levy on every ballot, and they've tried sneaking in "emergency" levies in the middle of the year. They built a new high scool in the mid 90s, only to build another new one about 5 years later...and then added on to that new high school years later.
