It's more of a product of the fact that if you say anything controversial over here, you get blasted by the 2 or 3 people who run the show and their minions who are trying to get green chiclets, such as yourself (your comment here is further evidence). I'd rather say what I believe and have red chiclets than just be a "yes" man and have all green. Obviously you disagree.

Seems like every time some new guy creeps on here shooting off his mouth with little to no fact behind his posts, he blames the "clique" and labels himself a misunderstood rebel.

I am relatively new here and I have taken stands on one issue or another and have never been dinged. It is because I back up what I say with facts. While I may not agree with somebody's post I do (as most do here) realize that there are two sides to every story. As long as you act civil and don't resort to mindless name calling you should be fine. I don't know the particulars of your case but perhaps you should reexamine what was said and whether the dialogue was insightful, respectful, factual and appropriate.
