Quite a few articles on Shadeur stating absolutely dreadful interviews with NFL teams. Many of them pointing to Deion as the key issue, failing Shadeur as both a father and coach.

Deion’s obnoxious, but he’s been a Godsend for a CU program that was dead and buried. I think it’s unreasonable to call CU’s brass dumb for bringing him on. An NFL team would be idiotic to hire him, however. I’ll probably get reamed for this, but I think his underlying mentality is pretty similar to Mike Leach’s, which is about right for a CU-level program.
