Does anybody know who and when decisions on the times of games is made? I've got tickets for the Illinois game and want to go with several friends, but my in-laws are going out of town that weekend and I won't have anyone to watch the baby. I can work some stuff out if it's a 3:30 game but a noon kickoff will really jam things up a lot. I imagine that it won't be a prime time slot since it looks like the Illini are awful this year.

Which makes a noon kickoff quite likely. It's a much worse game than Cal-OSU, which was a nooner.
