It is understandable that Noah would have thought PSU s no longer an acceptable choice after the scandal broke. However, things seem to be changing. Is Noah entitled to change his mind and come to Penn State?

The new coach has has retained his position coach, in addition to a giving him a ringing endorsement. Second, Penn State has shown a strong disapproval to whatever JS allegedly did. They have even set up a crisis line and a new building, dedicated to the prevention of child abuse. Compared to other universities, PSU will be leading the way.
