Sounds like the shipper! Mine started from Minnesota should have went to Washington,Pa UPS!
Got to New Stanton,Pa about 45 minutes from Washington.
Then no info,then I see Fairfax,Virginia. Got sorted in wrong bin next thing I see then 4 days later I finally got it!
Another Fedex lost a package outside of Columbus that has never been found,shipper responsible to file claim. But he would not respond,item bought on Ebay,paid through Pay Pal,filed a claim against him through PayPal & eBay & they found in my favor even though fedex lost it. Due to his ignorance by not even responding to their request he is not a seller on ebay anymore.
So ebay does do good things once in awhile.

HP did a great job, through FedEX, with my computer being shipped from Bejing, China.
Went to Alaska to California to Teneesee to Vandalia Ohio to me (in Middletown, Oh) waking up to my gf giving me a laptop, (unfortunatly, it was just the computer.) :biggrin: All within 3 days.

Customer Service

This is not an isolated incident. Customer service was at one time the defining factor for nearly every business and it has become obsolete to so many. Part of this is due to the fact that profit has become the sole god in many companies mantra. Another factor is the demise of civility in our culture. People demand instead of ask, people become irate when asked, and we have become far too loud and pride in what we do has shrunk. Just Get R Dun, is the way it is for many. Watch people in front of you when you order at McDonalds and they ask for something a little bit different, as in no onions or mustard only. People start to freak out at the counter and in line.

Also--a not so funny observation is watch young people try to make change. Duhhh.

i bought new skates this winter they went from ontario (canada) to detroit to ontario (california) to memphis, to someplace east (pitt maybe) to columbus

i was so confused...

many shipping companies work like this. you have small shipping hubs in every state, but 1 large main hub at a single location. anything shipped within the state never goes beyond the small hub. anything shipped outside of the state, even if it is going to the state directly beside it, goes to the main hub. i don't know if it is still true but a few years ago no matter where you were in the country if you sent a letter outside of your state it went to dayton OH.
