DE Nick Bosa (Pro Bowl, All Pro, 2019 ROY, 2022 DPOY, San Francisco 49ers)

Needs to sit this week even if he thinks he could go. Cooper and the youngsters can hold it down vs Tulane. Maybe give Chase a poke in the ass to get himself going.

Need Nick in Happy Valley if possible
I would guess he's out for PSU. That just seems like a fast turnaround even from a minor groin/abdomen strain. Fortunately October on the whole is very winnable even without bosa.

NICK BOSA OUT AGAINST TULANE AFTER SUFFERING ABDOMINAL INJURY AGAINST TCU

Ohio State will be without Nick Bosa when the Buckeyes face Tulane on Saturday after he left the game against TCU with an injury, Urban Meyer announced on Monday.

“He will not play this week," Meyer said during his Monday press conference. "He's receiving further tests on an abdominal and groin issue.”

I can't see him coming back anytime soon. These types of injuries can linger bad just like a pulled hamstring. I am guessing getting him back for Sparty might even be optomistic but we could certainly use him down the stretch, the big ten championship and playoffs (if we make either of those..which I think we certainly can).

Doing further tests seems to tell me they're trying to avoid surgery. Boy could be pretty lengthy process and I wouldn't be shocked if he's done.

This is the mindset I am taking also. I don't expect him back anytime soon if at all. This being year 3 for him as opposed to year 1 or 2 plays a big role in his decision. What may have been a late season return last year could turn into an early head start on NFL prep this year.
