Fellows is fourth recruit to commit to OSU in past six days

THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH

Ohio State snatched a recruit from the jaws of another Big Ten school today when Garfield Heights defensive end Melvin Fellows orally committed to the Buckeyes.
Fellows had committed to Illinois in December, but that was before his highlight tape had been widely circulated. Since his commitment, he had collected offers from OSU, Michigan, Notre Dame and Southern California.
"It was just the right time," Fellows said of announcing his switch. "That's where I wanted to be, and it would be pointless to make other visits."
