Was elated to hear this news. I wouldn't count out Oregon, but even if he picks them it's better than Bama. That said, I REALLY like our chances here now. Expect Oregon to come knocking the doors down in the final days of his recruitment, but I like LJ Sr and Day in the 11th hour here. Come on down JTT, pairing up with Sawyer would be downright filthy.

Absolutely. Would rather he go to Michigan than Bama at this point.

As for any late door knocking - IMO we are already at the stroke of midnight. The way this recruitment has been handled any decision will be final.

Here is a depressing thought. If JTT cancelled the trip to Alabama, it probably means he and his family is tired of traveling. But what is the best way to reduce travel for his parents? Go to a local school. Go to a school that won't be in the conference championship and that won't go to a bowl game.
