DE Chase Young (Nagurski, Hendricks, Bednarik, Silver Football, NFL DROY, New Orleans Saints)

I mean... that's how its worked for years.
Not just sports. News driving the narrative for the benefit of their interested parties.
Make it up, then cite that as your 'source' until it's repeated ad nauseum like Goebbels law.
Managing expectations... either setting bars very high for your enemies, or very low for your friends.
This happens all across US media.

"Wrap up smear"

Look it up

"Multiple sources", that would be more than one UPS girl:

:banger:

Sheeit. When I worked for UPS, unloading trucks in college, I didn't see a single female, let alone a bunch of hot ones.

Totally altered PSU game plan. For a team that lives and dies on the big play they had to resort to dinking and dunking down the field all day long. He is such a disruptor in the backfield. It will be interesting to see what game plan the evil empire comes up with.

Don't worry guys, I'm going to email Chase and let him know that he's making a horrible decision to declare early. He doesn't sack the QB every single snap; he's clearly not reached his full potential at Ohio State.

I think my email will be very persuasive.
Yeah, with another year under his belt he might end up being pretty good.

I sent him a letter and asked him to, well cut his awful hair for crying out loud. I can't watch the NFL now with all of the tattoos. I was quite the player back in my days, even played raquette ball into my 60's. I wasn't fast, quick, tall, or athletic, but the desire to sniff a jock was always there. I miss the clean cut guys of my younger days.

Hopefully he gets it soon.

I have never seen a player take over a game like Chase Young. I am only 31 but its definitely not hyperbole to say that Chase is the best college player I have ever watched. I am just going to enjoy this show as long as I can, because we'll never watch another player like him.

Excellent idea!
Some pro tip(s)

1: BE SURE TO TYPE IN ALL CAPS. THAT WAY IT’LL STAND OUT IN THE GIANT PILE OF EMAIL HE GETS EVERY DAY. ALL CAPS ALSO INDICATES YOUR SINCERITY AND LETS HIM KNOW THAT YOU HAVE ONLY HIS BEST INTERESTS IN MIND AS YOU GIVE HIM THIS MUCH NEEDED GUIDANCE IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME OF DECISION.

2: Gently remind him as a fellow alum that he will represent the fine institution that determines your self-worth for the rest of your his life. A “condescending/scolding” tone works well to let him know that you have only his best interests in mind.

3: Point out that in your time at Thee Ohio State University it was never proper to “fly a girlfriend” to California. One waited until after holy matrimony for such shenanigans. And then to borrow money to do so? The very idea! You surely couldn’t picture Coach Tressel (may he rest in Youngstown) letting him play another snap after so disgracing his sweater vested and clean-cut program.

Good luck Dryden.
I’m sure you’ll be doing Chase a tremendous service.
