SEATON VISITING COLUMBUS SATURDAY
Kienholz won’t be the only important visitor for Ohio State Saturday. Four-star 2024 Washington D.C. offensive lineman Jordan Seaton has confirmed his visit plans to Columbus this weekend, per On3. Seaton is in daily contact with the Buckeyes.

“Ohio State, they’re a frontrunner right now,” Seaton told On3. “I wouldn’t be surprised if they end up in my top schools.

“For a school like them to be, first of all, where they’re at in the season right now and still keep in contact with me daily, it shows that they have time for a guy outside their state. I’m all in the way in D.C, and for them to make time like that means a lot, so I make time to see them.”

Seaton visited Ohio State in April for the program's spring game, then picked up his offer from the Buckeyes in September. He’s considered the 42nd-best prospect and the top-rated interior offensive lineman in 2024, per 247Sports’ composite rankings. Seaton has 29 Division I offers, including Alabama, Georgia, Clemson, LSU, USC, Michigan, Michigan State, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Oregon and Penn State.

Justin Frye has already made a big splash to start Ohio State’s 2024 offensive line class by landing the commitment of top-60 prospect Ian Moore.

OSU is hoping to keep that momentum in offensive line recruiting going and has made a favorable impression on four-star Washington, D.C. offensive lineman Jordan Seaton.

Seaton, one of the Buckeyes’ top targets in the 2024 class, was in attendance for the Michigan game Saturday and enjoyed his trip to Columbus.

“It was a very eventful visit,” Seaton told Eleven Warriors Wednesday.

Birm expects Seaton to still take an Official visit to OSU.
Ive never felt confident with getting Seaton when he made visits to the SEC big boys And I think OSU has a much better opportunity to get Satterwhite or Wheelock. Birm now thinks that OSU’s chances have dropped a little. And no, he doesn’t believe it’s because of NIL. My guess is grades, as I hope it has nothing to do with anything illegal

A top 14 is not exactly narrowing down the list significantly but the high four-star offensive lineman now playing at Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy is being recruited harder by some and not others.
Some who have slowed down a little bit are Colorado, Texas A&M, Maryland and USC as it seems like Ohio State, Georgia and Alabama could be battling it out the most for the standout offensive lineman right now.
