Gene simply tried to do too much...he was looking to make a big play instead of letting the game develope around him. First time on a field with scholarship offers from around the country...I'm sure he'll be on top of his game this week and for the rest of the season.

Gene had a 12 TD run, a 60+ yard Punt Return that set up another score and a breath taking 85 yard INT return for a TD against Brookhaven on Friday night.
