ya it was single file the whole race, unless a caution. plate tracks have lost my interest. This Danica hype is destroying my Nascar fanhood.

Remember FOX's opening song (the production opening) used to be a woman singing "Let's Go Racin Boys"?

I miss Waltrip saying that as well, just to be PC (and correct).

But she finished higher than I thought she would. I didn't think she'd finish all the laps.

Thought Danica's post-racing interview was telling...she was trying to be PC, but she clearly was indicating she thought the boys weren't playing nice with her at the end, basically saying she was certain she would be hung out to dry if she tried to pass...so begins the quest of "I'm just one of the boys" in one breath, and "I should be treated special" in another. And of course the media will lap it up.

then the media will make the driver apologize for hitting a girl...these other drivers are in a no win situation

Saying she was hung out to dry because who she was is a joke, hey honey, you are a NOBODY on the track, every drive in their career has gotten hung out to dry, just a few years ago Gordon was on his way on winning the 500 when he got hung out to dry by team orders. I've seen Dale Jr get hung out, Stewart, etc, everyone get hung out, she gave them the opening and they hit the hole
