i watched the 'overtime' or whatever they called that. some car finnished 18th on its roof on fire... i couldnt help but think of thumps desire for flaming crashes.

That was a great race. Kevin Harvick got a sick push. It sucks Tony crashed though. No one was beating him today if he had not crashed.

Trophy slips through Martin's grasp

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Mark Martin considers himself more a realist than a pessimist.

So when the Daytona 500 came down to the final two laps ? given Martin's history of disappointment at the 2.5-mile superspeedway ? he knew anything was possible. For whatever reason, if something can go wrong it does for Martin.
In a perfect world, a jeweler would be engraving Martin's name on the Harley J. Earl trophy. Instead, the name of 2007 Daytona 500 winner reads "Kevin Harvick."

I hate the Busch brothers. They caused the 2 biggest wrecks today.

Kurt- If he doesn't take out Tony, Tony wins today. Instead he gets dead last.

Kyle- Was loose all race, finally caused last lap fiasco.
