Burgess. I think he was the #1 safety in the country by a couple sites.

But he was a strong-safety who played in the box virtually every play and he was already like 215 as a senior.

Ha! I hated the guy but Jabrill Peppers is probably the most athletic safety I’ve ever seen. His problem was he couldn’t cover and had awful instincts in pass defense. But he could fly and (when he didn’t completely whiff) he could hit.
