I'm surprised that they dropped him. If I were the Browns I'd give him a shot for the right price. At least he has experience playing behind a crap line. If the Bears call it would be a great option for him.

The Browns will most likely take a hard look at him. With Savage and Romeo needing to preform this year to keep their jobs, making a run at Carr would take away the QB draft option. The last thing the Browns could do to win right now is to pick a project QB in the first round.

That's what I'm talking about! just hear me, they sign carr, draft A-pete, nobody gets a staph infection, the offensive lines gels, and then they have something they can work with. A two headed monster running game + a
adequate o-line(much better a o-line than carr has ever worked behind before) + another year of growth for a still young winslow and edwards and finally the browns might score enough to win a few. maybe even 8-8 and a playoff push. i'm cross'in my fingers

Sounds like a plan to me except I'm still not sold on adrian peterson. We are going to the Superbowl!!!
Really though if he is fairly cheap I would love to see him with the browns. I think I O-line is better than the texans and I think he could be a good QB if he has the protection.
