Damageplan appear to be officially done with the news of former Damageplan frontman Pat Lachman to launch his new project in the next few weeks. The as yet unnamed band will feature music that is "heavy but also very melodic, with the focus being on good songwriting" Lachman told Blabbermouth. The group has recorded nearly 20 songs and is currently shopping for a major label record deal.
