No, I really don't have a problem with what they do on their site. There are things about it I didn't like but nothing in how the operate. I haven't visited their site in years. They are very successful.
Their site is just so big that I wanted a forum that was more "cozy" so to speak so here we are at Buckeyes 24/7!

That's a big reason why I created this site because of the way newbies were treated there.
Hopefully everyone feels welcome to post here!

So which is it Nate? i.e. No problem with the site/not visited in years/wanted a cozy forum or don't like the way they treat newbies.

Well, he is right in that Noobs CAN be treated like garbage. This site commands a certain amount of respect and intelligence and if you can't bring that to the table, then you may have trouble.

I first came here shortly after Clarity started the site because his posts on Bucknuts were full of humor and intelligence, something that was /is clearly lacking at that site. I think, for the most part, this site has taken his style.

Sure, there are a few bozo's but for the most part we have alot of members that are intelligent and post as such. They know their football and alot of them are funny as hell. If that's perceived as snobbish, then so be it.

The number one rule for noobs is: DON'T BE A DICK. If you post like a dick here, you'll be ridiculed. It's as simple as that.

If you have the IQ of a single-celled amoeba, you may want to limit your posts to a few words.

This site is definitely not for everyone, that's why there are multiple Buckeye sites around.

Exactly. The n00bs that are treated poorly, for the most part, are not treated that way because they are n00bs.
