That is one of the strangest, saddest things I have seen in a while, But everyone apparently thinks this is funny and not an actual problem......amazing. I think that is past the point of even knowing how to get rid of all that crap.

If there is ever a fire, they're screwed. That woman has serious issues....
Unless they aren't at home. If there was a fire and they were home, they probably couldn't get out...but if they were gone...they have photo documentation of all their stuff, and I'm sure e-bay or pay-pal or her credit card companies have info on everything she's bought. If there is a fire, her insurance company is screwed.

Wanna know something scarey? Not only have I seen worse, I moved into it!

When I was 14 my parents bought a house at auction that used to belong to some old couple that had died a few years earlier. The place was FRIGHTENING!!! They had saved every readers digest since the 1950's, they have ziplock bags full of empty gum wrappers!!! they even saved the cardboard rolls from the toilet paper... once they ran out of room they built crude wooden shelves to stack more stuff onto, then later they built began building a second house on the property (only the basement was finished) and began filling it with crap.. the room between the living room and the bathroom had a linolium floor with a trail worn straight through because that was the only place you could walk in the whole room..
We had to rent two dumpsters for a month (I have no idea how many times they were emptied) to clear everything out.. oh, I almost forgot they had a an old pole barn on the property that was the same way... almost creepy.

In all seriousness, my soon to be ex-wife is well on the way to this. I just couldn't take it anymore. The utter chaos and crap hoarding is just too much. I couldn't give my kids the kind of home they need without moving out. Somehow, it's my fault, but it's amazing that all my shit is out of the house and it still looks like that. I believe MLK, Jr. said it best...

Not that I'm bitter or anything.

Hmmm... then maybe those tanks that were on your lawn are really just a part of your soon-to-be-ex-wife's "valuable" collection? Perhaps they're not really there as a result of that Karl fellow, whom you continually reference, after all.

ps. Are the tanks gone yet? Those guys really weren't military, just actors working in "official" capacity. They're also union, so they've been costing me a small fortune. I need to make sure that they're gone so I close my account with them.
