Crash/hardware failure - 9/27

That was a machine lock-up, and unfortunately, they weren't able to get any sort of diagnostic information in regards to what caused it. Second time this month. We're all rebooted now, and it seems to be running smoothly, but we'll have to sort this out.

Clarity, earlier today I had problems getting to the website, around 4 p.m., after the UF loss, he he, but it said IE cannopt display webpage and stuff, I waited a while and then when I came back it worked. Just wanted to let you know. Sorry if this is out of place.

Yeah, that was the hardware failure, we were down almost an hour. Not out of place, thanks for the heads up.

You said from time to time, I see one for you at 7:07, and about a dozen for JohnnyCockFight -- have you had more than the one?

Check that, I see a few more for you at 7:04.

I had a bunch of these errors come in between 7:02 and 7:07, but none since then. Please do let me know (anyone out there) if you get any database errors AFTER the second time.

Hopefully this was just a brief hiccup related to that thread. Damn Michigan infects and ruins everything.

A key table in the database was corrupted, hence the earlier errors. Then it got progressively worse until the whole thing crashed. I believe I've been able to repair the damage, and everything seems to be golden again.

My best guess is that when the hardware failed earlier today, it hosed that specific table, and then sort of went downhill from there for the rest of the afternoon and evening.

Everything checks out now though, and I'm cautiously optimistic that we should see no more errors.

At least until the unknown hardware problem causes another crash, but at least now I know what to do after to check the tables.

Sorry all.
