Couples that Fight in Public

DaytonBuck

I've always liked them
New Years eve this breaks out yet again with a couple I know. This a regular production for them. Is there something I'm missing on this? The whole thing seems so rude to me. Is this an attention issue? drama?

I hate when people are like that. Its one thing to have a disagreement in public but flat out fight yelling etc drives me nuts.

Was at a going away party for my brother in law the other night (He left for Iraq Yesterday) and this couple who I don't even know and are friends of friends start arguing in the middle of the party. Finally I asked them to come outside with me quietly (because at this point everyone is just looking at them fighting). Once outside I explained to them that we were there to wish my Brother in law good luck and have a good time, and they were ruining it, so get off the porch and leave. Shut and locked the door behind me leaving them out in the cold.

Immaturity?

Everyone gets one screw up. The second time they did that would be the last time I'd be around to witness it. Then again, I'm kinda cynical and don't suffer fools well.

Eph. 5:23-32
  • For a husband is the head of his wife as Christ is the head of his body, the church; he gave his life to be her Savior. As the church submits to Christ, so you wives must submit to your husbands in everything.
Woman - thou getteth me another beer and some chips and salsa, chop-chop....
