I fail to see the how this is anything but good... what’s wrong with keeping a large chunk of the population at home, docile, and relatively unmotivated to leave the house?

How about some "good" news?

The vast majority — perhaps 80% or more — of people who come down with Covid-19, especially those under 50, will suffer symptoms that are no more serious than a bad cold or a mild flu and will be better within two weeks.

Fuck, I just remembered I'm not under 50 anymore.

It sucks when you realize you’re in the higher risk category, right....I’m right there with you....

my wife is actually considering retiring based on what’s going on and her company’s ridiculous response to their employees on it.
