Up to eight in every 10 coronavirus-related deaths in the U.S. have involved adults ages 65 years and older, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said this week, with up to 70 percent of patients requiring hospitalization falling into the age range of 85 years and older.

    • 31-70% of adults 85 years old and older
    • 31-59% of adults 65-84 years old
  • Estimated percent requiring admission to intensive care unit
    • 6-29% of adults 85 years old and older
    • 11-31% of adults 65-84 years old

from the CDC in the link... so check those numbers out...lets lock away old folks so up to 69% of people under the age of 65 can get hospitalized....

I’m sorry for your loss they are doing the same in Alabama... God Bless Texas and their love of capitalism all liquid stores are privately owned...

He was arguing that because UP TO 70% of old people gonna need hospital we need to lock them away... i went and looked at the CDC numbers fox was quoting .... there the CDC says 31-70% of 85 or old and 31-59% of 65-84.... so i did worst case like fox
100% - 31% = 69%
